Incentive Travel

Creating magic moments

We will deliver you a tailor-made incentive program or event with unusual experiences and insider access to certain things and places that one could not have found independently on a regular vacation.

Needs and Expectations

We want to know what motivated you to offer this incentive trip to your team or to organize this event to your friends and family in Portugal and what you want to achieve with it. To know about the attendees’ profile is also something extremely important, to make sure we offer options that will cater for everyone’s lifestyle and preferences. It is not always possible to please everybody, but it is worth trying and we usually excel at doing so.

INCENTIVE TRAVEL

Everything will be tailored to you and every detail will be taken into consideration to take this experience to the highest level.

Our team will take care of all the logistics involved on your “trip of a lifetime” or your “special occasion”, from venue sourcing, to hotel bookings, catering, entertainment, audio-visual, gifts, amongst others. The best part is that this will all be done based on your needs and expectations.

Concept and tailor-made itinerary

As experts on the destination, we will guide you through our history, traditions and culture, to come up with creative and disruptive concepts for your incentive trip or event. That special regatta inspired by the Discoveries that made Portugal the first and biggest Maritime Empire; that farewell Gala Dinner in one of Portugal’s leading Palaces that will be talked in the corridors of your company for years; that street-art workshop with some of the biggest street artists in Portugal, inspired by the image and core values of your company… You can trust us to always come up with the most creative ideas.

To make all this possible, a detailed and bespoke itinerary will be created. From choosing the most appropriate hotel for the group and negotiating the best conditions, to sourcing for the most amazing venues, catering and entertainment options and finding those off the beaten track locations and activities, we are your preferred partner to motivate your team and surprise your friends and family.

On-Site Management

Although we are big fans of the digital era, we know how important it is to connect with the people we work with and we will be here to welcome you in person and to make sure your event is flawless. From the moment you land until you return home to enjoy that well-deserved rest, our team will be with you, available 24/7 to coordinate all the operations on site and to assist you with whatever you and your guests may need, always with the maximum discretion.
